Rotary Leadership Institute
The Rotary Leadership Institute is a Rotary program of training designed to strengthen Rotary clubs through quality leadership education.  This is intended for all Rotary members interested in potential leadership positions in Rotary.  District 5470 has elected to offer this training at no cost to membership, in the interest of developing as many future leaders in our clubs as possible.
Training is in 3 parts, and upon completing these courses and an additional facilitator certification, you will also be certified to become a RLI facilitator and assist in future trainings.  Training in each section is stand alone, so you do not need to take them in sequence.

Part II Topics: Rotary Opportunities, Effective Leadership Strategies, Attracting Members, Club Communication, Team Building, Foundation II: Targeted Service
Part III Topics: Strategic Planning, Foundation III: International Service, Public Image & Public Relations, Building A Stronger Club, Making a Difference
