An international training program endorsed by RI to develop club leaders
Montrose session evening of June 22 and all day June 23!
District 5470 has 27 trained RLI facilitators ready to offer the new version of the RLI curriculum to you and your club leaders and emerging leaders. The training is also a great tool for professional development for your members.
This program teaches the essence of leadership skills along with a deep knowledge of Rotary. It has an abundance of class discussion, networking, and sharing activities along with interactive experiences to help develop leadership skills.
Facilitators are carefully selected from among Rotarian leaders and the participatory course sessions are limited to 15 students each so all can contribute and be heard.
In order to earn the RLI pin and certificate, a student needs to complete all three parts and we have condensed them into a half-day Friday and all-day Saturday format.
Hear what some of our District 5470 RLI graduates have to say about this training:
What a well-designed, well-thought-out, and well-executed workshop. All of you gave me great ideas I want to use next year...plus I want to connect with you more than our clubs have, in the past. Thanks for the information and the FUN!
Ron Rubin
I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for a terrific workshop this past weekend. I felt it personally gave me new insights about Rotary. Thank each of you for leading and participating. I look forward to furthering our Rotary fellowship.
Sally Sparhawk
Lots of ideas exchanged; Good information; Good group dynamics; Got all clubs involved.
Bill Savage
Plan now to recruit and send your future leaders to RLI.
